Hollowpaw isn't a demon, but he might as well be when he's contrasted against his sister, Icepaw. She experiences emotion a lot more deeply, and a lot more personally, than her brother does, and it has unfortunately made it almost impossible for the two of them to establish some kind of bond. The deaths of both of their parents at a young, crucial age in their lives was enough to leave Icepaw struck by grief, but she held it together for her own sake since her brother seemed to do it so effortlessly. I imagine she needs him in her life, but she has no idea how to go about reaching out to him. They have very different views of the world, so the only reason she isn't downright unsettled by him is because he's the only family she has left. She wants to understand how he thinks, and what drives him to be so unreadable and ice cold, but a small part of her is afraid of what she'll find. It's easier to keep their distance as they have been practically ever since they knew how to speak.
This is, of course, nothing more than a rough outline of what I imagine Icepaw to be like. You can see her mannerisms in action in Hollowpaw's history by following the link to his bio. If you'd like to steer her character in a different direction, I'm always open to new ideas. However, I would like for her to remain at least a little hesitant about reaching out to her brother because I can guarantee it won't turn out how she wants it to.

Stormfeather isn't upset with her son, Wolfstep, for leaving RiverClan to follow his heart and find love, and that's why her relationship with Oakclaw is no longer existent. Their views on that situation sit on opposite sides of the spectrum, and since Oakclaw is far too stubborn to accept a different point of view on something that so greatly affected their family, he refuses to reconnect with his mother until she gives up on Wolfstep. Her overall personality is relatively open, but I imagine that she's a natural mother and very self-sacrificial when it comes to the wants and needs of her offspring. She came off as quite desperate to reconnect with Oakclaw in his history, but I'm willing to make changes in accordance with how her adopter chooses to make her. Feel free to refer to his history for a rough outline of how she acts if you want to keep her as is.

Wolfstep's personality is essentially a blank slate since I didn't use him at all in Oakclaw's history. All we know about him is that he decided to leave RiverClan to be with the love of his life (a kittypet you may choose to adopt out) after the cover of their relationship was blown and resulted in a big confrontation between the two brothers along the border. I imagine he might have been a little more lenient with the Code than Oakclaw given how he allowed himself to get involved with a kittypet, but that doesn't entirely have to be true. Maybe everything changed when he met her? On a side note, I think it could be an interesting plot point if, after he left RiverClan to be with the kittypet he loved, their relationship didn't work out. Maybe he regrets his decision to leave and wants to return to RiverClan? Also, the option is available for his name to be changed since he's no longer a Clan cat. He could've dropped -step and now goes solely by Wolf, or he could've kept his Clan name as a reminder of his old life.
