Russetnose
The brown she cat made her way around the territory rather easily. Greenleaf was always a fun time considering the abundance of prey that sat around the territory. It gave the she-cat plenty to do since she wanted to avoid Honeytail in her flirting nature. Besides it meant she should hunt all that she could to return it to the fresh kill pile. At least then the clan would be well fed - and she could boast on how she prepared them for the oncoming moons. No matter how difficult they may have seemed. That was something that was always on the she-cats mind. Russetnose was all about survival, if not for her uncanny aggressive nature. As long as she was living and breathing she would help her clan live and breath all the same.
So here she was in the thick of the territory. Her body crouched low to the ground and her green eyes staring at the frog that sat directly in front of her. The little green creature breathed, letting out a croak as it's jaw expanded. Letting out the infamous little rib-bit Russetnose's brown fur blended perfectly into the background. Her scar on the right shoulder, three long claw marks glistening in the light that filtered through the tree's. Her whiskers twitched, she was very close.
Finally when she saw the right moment, she jumped at the creature. Her back legs pouncing her claws outstretched, the frog tried to jump away but she was too fast. Her paws hit it directly on, as a smile spread across her face she swiftly killed the prey in one bite. The cat would raise her head proudly to the catch, she debated burying it and continuing on. Though she could always return to camp and place it in the pile before heading out again - but she might look like a fool returning with a mere one piece of prey.
