Sandpaw has a very quirky, mischievous personality, which quickly shows in her openness and honesty when socializing with others. She has a natural urge for greatness, being hard working and consistently striving to do the best. However, this often leads her into trouble, as she isn't completely committed to listening and respecting her elders and can be especially stubborn once she has a thought in her head.

Sandpaw, despite her normally good intentions at heart, tends to be very imaginative and she has a difficult time making decisions as she is not of very good judgement and relies on her heart rather than her instincts. Though she can be bossy and dominant, she is generally an extrovert and is very protective, loyal, and trusting of her Clanmates and especially her friends.

It is one of her top priorities to be honest, which can make her come across as naive and too trusting of others. Sandpaw does neglect to see the bad in others and can be too forgiving and trusting, especially with secrets. That be said, she genuinely does what she believes to be best for everyone and does what she believes to be right in the moment.

Sandpaw was born to make friends from the moment she was able to open her eyes, ears, and especially her mouth. She was the most sociable kit in the nursery, always out making friends and playing games, whether her mother permitted it or not. Despite getting in trouble often she never doubted she was loved and had a happy yet impatient kithood. It was no doubt that once the nursery games effect wore off, she grew bored and tired and longed to leave the nursery. Moons felt much longer to a kit, most of who feel ready to become a warrior the moment they are able to play with their littermates, but they went by nonetheless. The most momentous occasion of her life was the eyes of her Clanmates on her as she became an apprentice and it was a day she would not forget quickly.
